| Villa Vista Tavolara DetailsThe villa's architecture and design blends well with the Mediterranean climate and Sardinian seaside landscape. The outside walls are built from local stone while the interior ceramic floors and white concrete walls offer a soothing, cool refuge from the summer sun. Because of the hillside location and proximity to the sea there is a consistent breeze that cools even the hottest August and July days and nights.
After entering the villa, visitors will find an upstairs living room that includes fireplace, sofa (that folds out to a double bed), library and TV, DVD and stereo. The room includes two large windows and doors that open up to a wrap-around terrace and balcony.
The master bedroom includes a bathroom as well as a private terrace with a view of the sea. There is queen-sized bed and closet.
The stairway leads down the second level where there is a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove and oven), dining room and another living room with another sofa. The room also is well lighted and opens up to the downstairs terrace, where there are lounge chaisses, tables and barbecue.
The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed, private bath and bedroom. The third bedroom, also downstairs, features a bunk beds and closet, an ideal arrangement for children but can be converted to two single beds for adults. The third bathroom, also replete with shower and bidet, is off the hallway that leads to the two downstairs bedrooms.
Adjoining the downstairs terrace is an attractive terraced garden. All in all the house offers full privacy, plenty of room and great views over the seascape and the majectic Tavolara mountain that hovers over the coastline.
For those sun lovers who like nothing better than lounging under the gaze of the spring or summer sun, there is a solarium on the roof of the villa that is private and a perfect refuge on days when the Mistral winds arrive.
Overall the Villa Vista Tavolara can comfortably sleep six people with a maximum capacity of nine.
