-Rent all inclusive:
The rent of a simple room is completely all-inclusive, which means that it already includes all costs in addition to the rent of the room, costs of electricity, gas, water, waste, internet and various taxes.
- Reservation fee of 295 euros
To officially book the room, you have to do a payment of 295 euros, which we use for:
- Contract registration fee
-Apartment common spaces cleaning one time/month
- Room cleaning during the incoming and the outgoing
- Supplementary insurance on the property
- All inclusive
- Furniture completely new
- Recently renovated apartments
- System safety
- Excellent location for students
- Maintenance
NB: this money is NOT a deposit, we don't ask the deposit to our tenants.
-Rent payment:
For administrative reasons, the monthly payment has to be made by the 5th of each month
NB: The rooms are made available without sheets and blankets
NBB: It is COMPULSORY to put mattress covers and sheets on the bed and the pillowcase on the pillow
