Aurispa is a luxury apartment with terrace right in the heart of Noto's historic centre, the capital of Sicilian baroque listed on the UNESCO world heritage list.
Located on the second and third floor of a prestigious building with lift, this exclusive apartment features a large terrace with a plunge pool offering fabulous views across the old town rooftops. Its central location allows guests to easily reach on foot Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Via Nicolaci and to immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere of this marvellous town.
The property prides itself on its beautifully planned terrace furnished for use all through the day and in the evening and for al fresco dining.
The cosy rooms, decorated with great care, are well equipped with heating and air conditioning (in each room), wi-fi, 5 TVs, satellite receiver, washing machine, dryer, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave and small cellar. The second floor, which is accessible by lift, includes a large living room, a guest bathroom, two bedrooms with en-suite showers and a master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite tub. On the upper floor are a well equipped kitchen and the fourth bedroom with en-suite shower.
