The pool dimensions are 13.5 x 11.5 m with a depth of 1.60 cm. Another highlight is certainly the large Inox summer kitchen with sink, cooler and large gas BBQ.
A staircase on the side of the swimming pool leads to the boules court with beautiful evening lighting and a lawn area, covered with a very high quality artificial turf and beautiful palm tree planting.
Due to the western exposure of the pool area, it is sunlit from about 10 am until sunset.
The paved access to the property of approx. 1,100 m² is via an electric gate and approx. 3-4 vehicles can be parked within the property. In addition to a garage, there is also a carport for two vehicles and a charging station for e-cars (fees on request).
