This little house immersed in greenery with a lawn and a small wood, between the two seas of Argentiera and Stintino. You can bring your furry friends and relax in a cool environment while riding your bike or enjoy delicious bbqs! The evenings in Alghero will give you unforgettable moments!
There is a bedroom with kingsize bed and a sofabed for two persons more. pay attention to the house rules! enjoy Sardinia ;-)

- The pet's food must be placed outside the house to prevent ants from entering the house.
- Always close the gate, even if you are inside the property, due to the transit of animals on the road (sheep, cows, etc.)
- Do not come into contact with any animals, neither those on the road nor those that enter the property (hedgehogs, cats, foxes, etc.)
- - Please do not let your pet enter the bedroom, any damage to the padded bed structure will be your responsibility
- During the night, or in your absence, close the front door and the bedroom French window to prevent animals from entering
- You are responsible for any damage caused to your animal or caused by it to things or people, the compensation will be paid by you to the injured person through your civil liability policy
- we advise you to bring your pet's bed if necessary
- Collect your pet's poop even in the garden... just like you would at home ;-)
- It is mandatory to separate waste using the appropriate bags and bins. it will be exposed as the calendar before 10 am; do not keep any type of rubbish in the house in order not to attract ants
- The tourist tax must be paid at the time of check in
- - Do not turn on multiple appliances at the same time (e.g. washing machine on, induction off and oven off)
- We urge you to consume energy and water carefully, for this purpose a short shower is recommended also to ensure hot water
- It is mandatory to store food in the refrigerator or tightly closed in the pantry in order not to attract ants
- Wash pots and dishes immediately after use to avoid attracting ants
- At the end of your stay, leave the house tidy, especially if you spent your holidays with your pet
