Summary: Had some difficulty finding the hotel at first thanks to our satnav taking us in the wrong end of Via Poncia through a tiny alleyway - from the right end of Via Poncia (marked by a sign for the Eurogomma tyre place) it's very easy. Plenty of parking, friendly welcome and check-in, useful lift to the upper floors, nice big light room with beautiful views. Excellent meal service, restaurant was closed the day we arrived but bar food was available. Food was always superb (breakfast, lunch and dinner), attentive and friendly staff made you feel welcome. Good location for visiting the area, a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful lake side with hills in the distance and a great garden round the property to stroll around and relax in..
