The golf course is approx. 200 m away. This is a sought-after residential and villa location. Flexible size: The villa has two living levels with separate entrances: the main part is upstairs with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, terraces, and balconies with direct access to the garden, including an apartment on the ground floor with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. On this level is the garden with a jacuzzi, dining table for 10 people, and deck chairs with sunshades. The villa is only rented as a whole,
otherwise the lower apartment remains unused. Easily accessible by car. Several steps lead to the main entrance of the villa.
In the winter months, you can enjoy the cozy warmth of an open (glass-protected) fireplace in the main apartment on the upper floor. Mediterranean plants frame the romantic garden with its natural stone walls. There are other villas, country houses, and garden parks in the neighborhood. The villa offers plenty of space to play and relax.
