Duplex decorated with prestigious art air-conditioned near the edge of sea (50m), located on the top floor with a roof terrace (40m²). With 2 swimming pools on the roof (1 a child and an adult). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. View on sea and the mountains. He is located on the Promenade des Anglais between the MERIDIEN and the PALACE OF THE MEDITERRANEAN. A prime location, just a stone's throw away from the pedestrian street and the city center of Nice.
Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers + 1 baby (-2 years). The room is adjustable, either in 2 single beds (80 x 200) or a double bed (160 x 200), a baby travel bed can be added upon request in the room (we leave a fitted sheet to be washed and cleaned before your departure). Bed linens and towels are included in the price and are provided.
However we don’t provide beach towels.
We also have a safe at your disposal.
Our apartment is located in the Carré d’or (Golden Square), in the building called "ROYAL LUXEMBOURG", an ideal location that is close to everything! The swimming pool is at your disposal on the 7th floor. For shared use: swimming pool (11 x 6 m, open from 15/05-15/10 spring to fall, until 10 pm). There is also a large children's pool and large solarium.
You will be welcomed by ISABELLE who manages our flat, no independent entry is accepted. Do not hesitate to call us if you have any problems. We leave in the flat everything you need to have a pleasant stay, travel guide, hiking circuits, nice restaurants we have tried, all the information about transport.
