The house built as recently as 2005 provides a total of 150m² of living space on two floors. Owing to the many beds, up to eight people can be accommodated. The ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and bench for up to eight people, the living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a small table, a TV with a DVD player, a cupboard and a wood-burning stove, which you can use free of charge. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a dresser, the other with a bunk bed (each 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a dresser. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, bidet and bath. On the second floor, in the attic, you can find a further bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The wooden ceilings give the apartment a rustic charm. Each room is equipped with heating, including the laundry room. In the cellar there is a garage shared with another holiday apartment, as well as a bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, shower and washing machine and a little room with a bar, table, chairs and sink, which can be used for parties. Since recently there is also a sauna here for four people.
The garden provides a grill, several deckchairs and a parasol and is for your own exclusive use. In front of the accommodation there are 12 private car parking spaces, of which three are in a garage and nine are outdoors. Please note that the site is not fully enclosed.
The apartment surrounded by mountains is accessed by car along a 30-metre asphalted track. Next to it there is a cycle path. Pets are only allowed on agreement. Four adult bicycle and one child’s bicycle (4-5 years old) are available free of charge. The fireplace can be used during the winter months, with firewood provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available in the centre of Velo d’Astico.
The nearest grocery shop is just 500 metres away and the nearest centre is less than a kilometer away. If you enjoy walks in greenery with fresh natural air, or hiking and cycling, then this accommodation is the ideal retreat for body and soul. The hiking path and a playground are just 30 metres away. The Folgaria, Lavarone and Asiago ski resort is just 30 minutes away by car.
