Lovely Dependance, air conditioned, overlooking a beautiful patio with pool, operational from 1/05 to 30/09, suitable for a couple, with the possibility of adding in the room a crib or a cradle, relax in the outdoor areas with sunbeds and dining areas, all outdoor areas are not for exclusive use, but to be shared with us and guests of the tavern.
The outdoor area consists of a garden with a large barbecue, dining area where you can enjoy outdoor lunches dinners and breakfasts, patio overlooking the pool, operational from 1/05 to 30/09, for your relaxation equipped with sofas and sunbeds where in the evening you can have aperitifs in a beautiful setting. Outdoor laundry with washing machine for a fee. All outdoor areas are to be shared with my family and Tavernetta guests.
Our Guests have private parking available, the area is quiet close to the center of the village also reachable on foot in 10 minutes, all the beaches can be easily reached in 10 minutes by car, 5 minutes walking around the block you can reach a supermarket that inside has a fish market and a butcher shop.
Please note that the host lives upstairs, the garden, the pool and the terrace are shared with the host and guests from another rented property. The family of the host is very quiet and leaves privacy to the guests.
