Positive: Good location, close to the metro, quickly reserved this apartment, as our apartment was cancelled the same day

Negative: The apartment didn't match the photo, the sofa was broken, and the three of us had to sleep on the bed, there were cockroaches in the apartment, and when we entered, the heating was turned on maximum, which made it impossible to stay in, also the doors were often closed, which we were told would always be open, so we had to wait for one of the residents to come out

Summary: Not bad, but I wouldn't stay there again.
