The first, with breathtaking sea view, consists of living area with kitchen and sofa bed; the entire living area is equipped with air conditioning hot / cold. The sleeping area is composed of: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds or if necessary can be put together to create one double, single bedroom, communicating with an enclosed veranda, with a sofa bed that serves as a fourth bedroom and bathroom ; the sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning / heating located in the passage entrance. The property includes a veranda with table and chairs with beautiful sea view, the courtyard with trees and equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower. Present: TV and dishwasher. The second housing, partially basement, consists of spacious living area with kitchenette, table with benches and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. This air-conditioning in the living area. The property, the veranda with table, chairs and barbecue, outdoor shower in common, the laundry room with access from the courtyard, with a further bathroom and three parking spaces. The house is situated in a quiet and sunny area with private access to residents only.
