The house is located on the seafront in S'anea Scoada, 1000 meters from Putzu Idu, in the province of Oristano, west of Sardinia, on the Sinis coast. We are 10 meters from the local beach, facing the sea, with a wonderful view of this stretch of coast.
The house consists of 2 apartments with 2 independent entrances, one facing the sea and one at the back, guests have privacy in both. Just south of Capo Mannu, the extreme northern tip of the marine area of the Sinis peninsula, a place with a surprising concentration of coastal beauties that alternate coves with stretches of limestone rock, stands a long beach with an oceanic-tropical appearance. This is S'Arena Scoada, which extends from Punta s'incodina, near the cliffs of su Tingiosu, up to Putzu Idu, from which it is separated by a small cliff. The beach, which falls within the territory of San Vero Milis, which is less than twenty kilometers away, while Oristano is 25 kilometers away, was originally S'anea scoada, that is, the donkey without a tail. Then the name was transformed into "sand without tail", golden and very fine sand, alternating with very small fragments of multicolored quartz, smooth stones and rocks. A feature is limestone rocks mixed with clay, used for sandblasting. The water is very clear, blue-green in colour, the sandy bottom slopes gently. From here you will admire panoramas that open towards the island of Mal di Ventre. The beach is very popular with kite and windsurf enthusiasts and offers a large car park and a bar. Behind it is a small tourist centre, while on the north side you can admire an imposing arch carved into the rock: s'Architteddu. Beyond are the beach of Putzu Idu and the other pearls of Capo Mannu, an immense promontory which is almost an island since it is connected to the mainland by strips of land and by the pond of Salina Manna. You will meet in the order of Mandriola, the coves of sa Figu and dei Tedeschi, you will know Mesa Longa, on the Pallosu and, after the promontory, you will know Rocca Tunda and the coves of Scal'e Sali. To the south, on the border with Riola Sardo, the rocky coast rises above the shoreline, as if to herald the imposing spectacle of the Su Tingiosu cliff. Small enchanting coves were born from the erosion of the limestone.
The house has a living room with table and chairs and a kitchen, both with sea view, with 4-burner stove and gas oven, fridge with freezer and cooking utensils, dishes, pots and glasses in quantity. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin that can become double, in the middle is a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. The ground floor has a veranda overlooking the sea, with table and chairs. The garden is shared only in the back, the front side is reserved for guests of the house, in the back side there is an outdoor shower, a shared washing machine and a shared barbecue area.
