Large living room with a spacious, integrated cooking area & directly adjoining 15 sqm roof terrace which can be reached through a large glass door. In the living room there is a flat screen TV with satellite reception of all free German channels, some French and English channels, a large comfortable corner couch, a large round dining table, chairs. There is a table, chairs, 2 sun loungers and a parasol on the terrace.
Bedrooms in a stylish Ligurian tower with a wide window front on 3 sides: from the rooms great panoramic views of the sea and mountains with the typical Mediterranean landscape and surroundings that are green all year round and in spring the yellow bloom of the mimosa, the white Bloomed the almond and cherry trees and the pink bloom of the peach trees is enriched. The king-size double bed has an excellent mattress.
Bathroom with small Windows, vanity, shower & toilet; Hallway with stairs. Entire apartment with beamed ceilings, comfortably and comfortably furnished.

Combine beautiful, relaxing bathing holidays with an eventful active holiday: Soak up the sun on San Remo's wonderful sandy beaches (the most beautiful between Diano Marina & the French Border) strolling, jogging, walking, in-line skating, biking & cycling on the "Pista Ciclo-Pedonale", a more than 30km long, new fitness promenade leading directly along the sea, elaborately laid out on the former railway line !!

CASA WITTO is slightly above the driveway on which you arrive and park your car without difficulty.
A concrete road leads from the driveway up to the house, which you can walk to.

The car can easily be parked on the wide driveway that runs below the house, parking is always available.
Access to the apartment:
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, the top floor.
Since it is a former farmhouse, the rustic style of which has been preserved as much as possible during modernization, the stairwell has sometimes higher levels compared to today.
The staircase to the second floor has two half-steps which can be a little difficult or exhausting for people with walking difficulties or people who are generally not good at walking.
These people are advised against renting the apartment or are advised to contact the landlord beforehand.

It is unfortunately no longer possible to bring along because of the occurrence of hair allergies.

If you want to see, photograph or film whales and dolphins up close in the open sea, you can take part in the 3 × weekly, 5-hour boat tours, which also start in summer from the old port in San Remo (information on that information booth).
The tours are offered all year round from the port in Porto Maurizio. These extremely interesting boat tours are accompanied by commentary from marine biologists and are a unique nature and adventure experience.
If no whales / dolphins are spotted, the tour can be repeated free of charge.
