Positive: Perfect location, Roberto is a good guy.

Negative: When you arrive from the airport you expect to shower. Unfortunately there was no soap or shower gel left. It was Sunday and and every shop was closed. Same for the water, there was no water left, and nowhere to buy, luckily, Roberto was willing to share few of his bottles with us. If you need clean sheets and towels, you pay extra (20 eur per person)!The bedroom is too small, you cannot move between bed and the wall. There is another bed in adjacent room, very uncomfortable, with a window looking at the neighbor door, which is literally on 50 cm from you. If you sleep with an open windows (which i recommend because of constant smell of moisture) prepare to hear everything, even the breathing of your neighbors. No privacy at all, especially in the bathroom and toilet, if you fully open the window, they can hear you and see you. Door height us too small, if you are above 170 cm, you will hit your head at least 3x per day... However if you're planning to spend you vacation on the beach or wandering thru the town, and if you use the apartment only for sleeping, then is passible... But it is definitely not for a family...
