This recently fully renovated apartment can easily sleep 4 persons.

The apartment was completed lately following the renovation of a former lakeside hotel into eight exclusive apartments finished to high standards. It is fully equipped, has central heating, barrier access private parking reserved for apartment guests only and is suitable for children.
Secure bike and ski storage is also available.
The apartment has 180sqf of living space. The balcony of 40sqf2 approximately.
Regrettably, there is a strict no smoking policy.
A car or access to some other form of transportation is recommended. The main Annecy/ Albertville road, which can be busy and noisy at times, runs between the apartment block and the lake.
Outside: There are two large private balconies overlooking Lake Annecy and the Alps which include an outside table with 5 chairs allowing you to dine alfresco.
The balconies provide ample space to relax, sunbathe and admire the fantastic views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The lake access to the beach is about 200m away from the residence.
There is a locked storage area for bikes, skis or other equipment.
Beds will be made on arrival and 2 towels/person provided.
On the main balcony there is an outside table and chairs allowing you to dine alfresco. Both balconies are an excellent place to soak up the sun or relax in the evenings and admire the beautiful views of the lake and mountains.
A nice balcony offers a view on the lake and the famous mountains "Tournette" and "Dents de Lanfon".
Le Pavillon du Lac is being les LIbellules residence which allows the Pavillon's residents to have a swim from their private access to the lake.
The village is just few minutes walk from l'Annexe (Bakery, newspaper, tabacco stores).

About Duingt....
Duingt is located on the western side of the Annecy Lake and has definitely earned it’s nickname "Pearl of the Lake".
Next to St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOH-WAH!), offers an exceptional mountain and lake view. The cycle track from Annecy to Ugines (35kms) crosses the village and connects the villages along the lake very easily by bike.
The "best bakery of the lake" is located in Duingt, as well as a bookstore, and high-quality cuisine (Clos Marcel or Spinaker for example).
Duingt is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday in both the summer and winter times.
In summer :
-Cycling (bike path to go around the lake is in front of the house)
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: Entrevernes, Saint-Jorioz)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, the Wake Board in front of the house but also water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner from Baie des Voiles, Rico!)

-The average of walks mountains from the Sambuy (30mins) or Semnoz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the station Semnoz
-An adventure park in Talloires (20mins) or Tamie (35mins)
In winter :
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort Semnoz (20mins), possibility of rental equipment with our partner in Sevrier (5mins)
-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns); Seizures (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (about 1 hour)
