This very spacious family home (completely renovated in 2023) on the Côte d'Azur offers space for 10 guests and is located in a beautifully maintained domain. The house has a spacious outdoor area with both a sea view over the entire Bay of Agay (where the sun sets) and a view of the Esterel Mountains with their characteristic red rocks.
The swimming pool of no less than 11x5.5 meters provides the necessary cooling.
The space
The house has two floors with 5 (4+1) bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite (+1 bedroom), ideal for a family with two children, for example, to be able to sleep close to each other (camping bed on request). The bedrooms have both single (90x200) and double (180x200) Swiss Sense box spring beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning (and heating in winter). The bathrooms have an Italian/rain walk-in shower and the upstairs bathroom also has a bath in addition to the shower.
Furthermore, the house has a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with both a Nespresso and Aerochino machine and no fewer than two large refrigerators. A separate ice cube machine provides the necessary cooling drinks. The kitchen is equipped with the most common spices and oil/vinegar. Inside there is a spacious double seating area as a dining area with a comfortable sofa (Stokke high chair with reducer is available). The dining area and sitting area are both air-conditioned.
The outdoor area has various seating and dining areas. Outdoor dining is possible at the large 12-person dining table where a large Campinggaz gas BBQ can be used. In addition, there is a second dining area with full views of the Bay of Agay and the Esterel Mountains.
There is a double hammock located under a beautiful olive tree.
There are enough sunbeds around the spacious swimming pool to spend a day or afternoon by the pool.
