Positive: The location is amazing- set with beautiful mountains all around and right on the Lake! The indoor heated pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and very relaxing but you have to book to use it. The breakfast is delicious and very fresh! They provided water (2 bottles) for the first night only (we asked for more) and some nice hand lotion. We had a big room for 4 with lovely views of the lake! The check-in was not great - we were unwell when we arrived and asked for an earlier check-in but were forced to wait over 3 hours to get our room!

Negative: The dinner selection was not always great so we had to eat off the buffet which was almost always cold food - huge selection but being in a cold place, more hot food would have been nice! Some soups were far too oily, and there was plain pasta pieces with the same tomato sauce every night … it was hard to find any enjoyable thing to eat for dinner and being in a remote place, options are few and far between. There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room either and no lounge area in the hotel at all so relaxing after dinner meant being in your room with no tea or coffee facilities. The bathroom was very pokey - your knees hit the shower when you were on the toilet and the shower was very small.
