The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It also has a desk, perfect for working remotely.
There are also two fans for your comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.
You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your security, a smoke detector is installed.
You will also have access to a parking spot in the building's garage.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
