The apartment, completely independent with its own garage, is separated from the main house (where the owners live) by an internal courtyard. It is equipped with sleeping space for four people (one bedroom with a king size bed, and one with two wooden bunk beds suitable for children only), a living room with table, sofa, TV and a kitchenette (fully equipped with stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher , toaster, kettle, coffee maker) and a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer.
Outside, the holiday home has a veranda with a roof, furnished with a table and chairs. The property enjoys a splendid view over the sea and the island of San Pietro, which can be admired from a belvedere with garden furniture. Guests can also relax in the pinewood hammocks and deckchairs. Neighbours' homes are located at a distance of over 300 meters.
