The three apartments are located in the same building in Rome, district Appia, close to the metro station Pontelungo. The three apartments are located on the ground floor, which is a little lower. They were all completely renovated in 2012 and furnished with attention to detail. They are the ideal accommodation for those who want to feel at home on holiday.
They are very bright, comfortable and airy. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are changed weekly. They also have satellite TV, WLAN internet connection and an autonomous heating system.
The apartments look out onto a small, well-kept garden, with flower beds and lanterns. On the street there are free, as well as payable parking spaces.
The apartments are in the Appio-San Giovanni district, right near Pontelungo station on metro line A. It is just a short walk to the famous Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano or the flea market on Via Sannio, which is held every day.
