Summary: This hotel has become tired and weary. The outside appears grubby needs to be painted. The bedrooms need maintenance, particularly electrical sockets are loose fitting, shower is grubby also especially the grouting. No shower seat for disabled guests. The poolside beach access is completely locked and staff do not know when it will be accessible. The only food available is breakfast which is limited,and when something runs out grumby staff are reluctant to refill. Our room was not serviced despite speaking with the chambermaid. One member of staff stood out in her helpfulness and she was the lady we met at check in.
