Summary: The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. The front desk staff were also very proactive in quickly finding us an alternative, better sea-view room. The hotel is also a pet-friendly hotel and there were a few dogs we saw staying in the hotel with their owners. This means some rooms may have a flea problem as we encountered flea (bed bug?) bites in our otherwise perfect room! Nice and very courteous breakfast lounge staff.
