The new building is located in an absolutely quiet cul de sac and has 5 almost identical state-of-the-art apartments with their own south-facing terrace.

Our apartments Elisa 2 and Elisa 6 are between 35 m² and 40 m² and have a mezzanine (open gallery) with a double bed. Also at the bottom of a double sofa bed. (You will find these apartments in another advertisement on this website).
The apartments Elisa 1 and 3 to 5 are between 23 and 27 m² in size and have a double sofa bed in the living area. Please bring with these apartments for a third person an air bed or request from us.
All our apartments are very bright with fully equipped kitchen and state of the art bathroom with shower. A comfortable double pull-out couch (1.40 mx 2.00 m) for 2 people. In addition, each apartment has a quiet south-facing terrace. All our apartments are equipped with air conditioning.
