In the living area, there is a table that seats 4 people, a comfortable sofa and large French windows that lead directly onto a shaded, private terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace has another table for 4 people for al fresco dining and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.

This residence is on the edge of the small town of Pittulongu, about an 11-minute drive from the town of Olbia, the centre of Sardinia’s famous Costa Smeralda.
Pittulongu is truly blessed with a picture-perfect, long, white sandy beach. It is particularly popular with families, as the crystal clear, shallow waters are very safe for bathing. The area is well known for its snorkelling, thanks to the pristine sea. On the beach, you can hire sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as jet skis and windsurfing boards for the more adventurous. There are also fine coastal hikes with views of the famous island of Tavolara. The island of Tavolara claims to be the smallest kingdom in the world and is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.
The town of Pittulongu itself is home to many excellent restaurants which cater to all ages, with local Sardinian specialities, seafood and classic Italian cuisine. There are many of the amenities that any holidaymaker might need – shops, pharmacies etc however, you are advised to bring your own car when staying at the property.
Olbia airport is just a 15-minute drive from the apartment. If you plan to arrive by ferry from Livorno or Civitavecchia the ferry terminal in Olbia is only a 10-minute drive away.
