The district has numerous green spaces, there are cycle paths on which to take walks and play sports. It is a quiet and quiet neighborhood but at the same time it is well served by restaurants and pizzerias, bars and pastry shops, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies.
The location is strategic to reach all the most beautiful beaches and attractions of southern Sardinia for its proximity to the roads leading to the Poetto (5 minutes walk) and the beaches to Villassimius, Cala Sinsias, Costa Rey and the SS195 to Nora , Chia and Tuerreda.
