Positive: Breakfast was ok- although repetitive with boiled eggs, bread. Croissants were nice and homemade cake is a nice touch. Plenty of fruit. Location is good, walkable to supermarket and ski bus, and the view is beautiful. The young man cleaning our rooms was really lovely.

Negative: Our two rooms were ok, although the double was small, dated, and the beds are overly firm, with one small pillow. Despite it being cold outside, the room was too warm, even with the radiator turned off so we slept with the balcony door wedged open. Plastic cups only which isn’t great for making a hot drink. It was peak season and the hotel was full/busy, but maybe extra staff to help during this period, so that customers still feel welcome would be a bonus. Spa was available for 45 mins after skiing, but had to be booked in advance and it was very busy, so we only managed to use it twice during a week’s stay, so if this is a primary reason for selecting this hotel for a ski holiday, it’s probably not worth the cost. The jacuzzi was lukewarm rather than hot. Sorry not to be more positive, however we booked this hotel based on the good reviews, and our experience was disappointing, especially at €200 per room per night.
