On the ground floor there are 2 further twin bedrooms with shared bathroom and spacious dinning/kitchen. Insect screens are fiitted to the bedroom windows. There are both internal & external stairs to the first floor. For winter weeks the house is heated with a wood burner in the first floor lounge.
The main sun terrace is paved in the classic local Bosa stone and offers an extensive area for sun bathing and relaxing with the separate lower spa terrace and BBQ with good range of furniture.
Last summer an outside cooking/bar was added to the BBQ area, which has 4 burner gas hob, single drainer sink and fridge with a large tiled top for outside eating and drinking.
Outside there are two spa pools cool or warm as you desire to chill in the sunshine or relax in the evening looking out over the magnificent views across the valley to the sea. Watch the Sardinian sunset from your warm spa tub with a glass of local wine, is a truly memorable experience
