The house has been completely renovated to the best standards, in a modern way while retaining the authenticity and charm of a country house with stone walls, high ceilings and wooden beams.
It has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a double living-dining room and a mezzanine. It can accommodate 6 adults and 3 children (possibility also of adding two beds for young children). With a total area of 225 square meters, a large terrace with 360 degree views, swimming pool and large lawn area, 2 pergolas and terraces with traditional outdoor wood oven and barbecue, secure private parking, a large fireplace in the living room this property has all the elements to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday, at any time of the year (bio-mass heating).
The interior is modern, with 60cm thick walls and tiled floors in all rooms. All the furniture in the house as well as the kitchen and the mezzanine in the living room were custom made. There are 3 large double bedrooms, each containing a large double bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD player (French and international channels), a large wardrobe with secure safe, a desk with chair and a cabinet for suitcases, mosquito net. windows and shutters with shutters. There is also a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed, a flat screen TV and DVD, and a storage unit.

The Finagliosu villa is located halfway between Alghéro and Stintino (20 minutes) and less than 10 minutes from the local beaches. There are 2 supermarkets in Palmadula (6 kms), a doctor, a pharmacy and a pizzeria. A local restaurant is located 200m from the house and serves traditional local cuisine and Sardinian wines. The town of Alghero with its ramparts on the port is of course to see, as well as the charm of its old town, its chic shops, its ice cream parlors, cafes and restaurants. Stintino, an old tuna fishing village, the town, its restaurants, ice cream parlors, pizzeria and the old port are also not to be missed. Are also to visit the towns of Castelsardo, Bosa and Sassari.
