Summary: Villa Regina is very tired, poorly maintained room; black mould in shower, cracked shower tray, sloppy paint job, dirty rug, cupboards that stank of damp and old and made all my clothes stink and little to no soundproofing. It’s a 4 star that would struggle to get a 3 star rating in any other country. Staff on reception were so aloof, least friendly we’d come across. Property has no pool service, all courts are dirty, just not up to its 4/5 star billing. I’m sure the new annex is better but I would not pay €900 a night to stay in this hotel. It doesn’t deserve 5 stars.
