Positive: Great place, small but clean and friendly staff, smart tv with netflix/amazon, small balcony, air conditioned. We had a late arrival (around 11-12 in the night) but there was someone to meet us (there is a semi-self checkin, meaning the building door still requires a key, but everything else code based. Probably they will improve that in the future.) Room was on 2nd floor, but there was a small elevator to use. We walked around 40 min to the city just to explore it, but there's a bus stations right across the street. Also there's a big supermarket(name Conad) with all things, including cooked food(cold), sandwiches, and a caffeteria. Schedule was from 8 to 21 from Monday to Saturday and and 9 to 20:30 Sunday

Negative: - there's no glasses, water boiling device (dont know name in english 😁) or fridge - Since room was small, you either open the window to balcony, but there's a lot of noise from the cars since you are on a main street or you go on air conditioned but as we dont like that much this option, asa soon you turn it off, it's getting really fast back to hot. Nothing that can be improved from host side, I'm just writing down so you know. Wasn't that big issue for us
