The proximity to the town center allows guests to be able to reach all services on foot, without using a car.
Furthermore Porto San Paolo is only 10 km from Olbia (ferries and airport). Porto San Paolo is also known because it is the closest resort to the Tavolora / Capo Coda Cavallo protected marine area, a protected area rich in splendid seabed, rocky and sandy coves. From here all excursions to Tavolara, for snorkeling, diving and other water sports. The real estate unit has an area of approximately 90 square meters arranged as follows: double bedroom with large wardrobe, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed and LED TV, Sky DECODER (to be used with YOUR CARD), kitchen equipped with all appliances (washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine).
The garden surrounding the house has an area of 400 square meters and is equipped with a lighting system, barbecue, table with six chairs and a rocking chair. The terrace at the entrance is equipped with a table and six teak chairs.

In the period from 15 September to 15 April it is possible to arrive on any day of the week.
A 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking, the final balance of the amount must be paid 15 days before the arrival date, both by bank transfer. A deposit of 200 euros is required on delivery of the keys.
