In the hills of Sicily, Corleone is home to Palazzo Triolo, a special hotel unlike others. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Every detail—from the fabrics to the stone walls—is carefully curated and steeped in history. The heart of the experience, though, is the hospitality of the hosts, Gino and Paola. Gino doesn’t just know the history of Corleone and Palazzo Triolo—he truly cares about it, and shares that passion with guests. Paola prepares breakfasts that highlight local ingredients: fresh fruits, juices, pastries, and cheeses from nearby farms. They’re delicious, satisfying, and rooted in Sicilian tradition. What sets this hotel apart isn’t just the comfort or the setting—it’s the genuine care that goes into making each guest feel welcome and treated like a part of the family.
