The private and fenced gardens with evergreens guarantee privacy and tranquility, because they overlook the pedestrian paths and NOT the road. The front garden is divided by a fence, creating the veranda area where you can eat in the shade of the awning (table for 4 people). In the rear garden the sun beds allow you to sunbathe undisturbed and an area shaded by jasmine is suitable for resting 4-legged guests.
The living / dining room is accessed from the front garden and is furnished with a French double sofa bed (140 cm), satellite TV, Wi-Fi (free) and air conditioning (extra). The kitchenette is equipped with: oven, freezer, Nescafè dolce gusto + American coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle. On request free high chair.
In the bedroom there is a double bed topped with a bridge wardrobe, an additional wardrobe and a desk. This room remains free from possible noise from the living room, because in the corridor a small room creates the sleeping area. On request free baby bed.
From the bedroom there is access to the private and fenced rear garden with 2 sun loungers and umbrella. With the evening or morning breeze the air is perfumed by jasmine. Jasmine shades an area where 4-legged guests can rest.
