Positioned within the Village of Mimose which is part of the protected regional park of Sette Fratelli you will have direct access to many kilometres of hiking trails. The village is only 25 minutes from the city of Cagliari and just 15 minutes from beaches allowing you to experience all the different facets of Sardinia. The Campuomu managed parkland is very near and contains a botanical garden and deer sanctuary as well as many managed and signposted hiking trails for all experience levels.
5 minutes away is the Diverland water park and just a couple of minutes you will find the "Frutteto", which has a Bar, restaurant/pizzeria and a small market where you can buy essential items.
Along the SS125 road that connects to the city you will also find small family-run farms where we can buy all kinds of food like fruit and vegetables, goat milk, eggs and honey.
Guests will have access to the entire villa and garden except one room where the owner keeps their personal belongings.
