Villetta Sea Dream is located on a hill in the natural area called Eden Rock located between Santa Margherita di Pula and Chia, about 42 km from Cagliari, and offers, in front, an unforgettable view of the most southern sea of Sardinia (Capo Spartivento ), and behind, the protected park of Is Cannoneris (the largest forest of holm oaks in Europe).
The house is independent and enjoys privacy and tranquility despite being a 20 minute walk and 5 minutes by car from the nearest beach of Cala Marina. Sea Dream furniture is modern, practical and complete and ensures full comfort in an atmosphere of light and serenity, also transmitted by small "Indian tribal" art paintings. Exposure to the sun and the sea is perfect and goes from east to west, enjoyable all day from a large veranda with a green lawn / garden terrace with fruit plants (fig, strawberry tree, myrtle, vineyard, lemon tree) mandarancio orange) and flowers (hibiscus, bouganville, helichrysum, oleander).
Sea Dream offers both day and night the "silence" disturbed by the chirping of birds and the swallows with the nest under the roof and sometimes, at times of 2-3 days, by the whipping of the Mistral wind (north-west wind ) that brushes the Sardinian sky shaping a flat sea of intense blue color on the horizon.
The beaches of the area are of white sand bathed by a transparent sea that takes on blue, blue and emerald shades depending on the light of the sun and the depth. In the area you can buy fresh vegetables, olive oil, pecorino cheese, sheep's milk ricotta and wine directly from the gardeners. We recommend going to Santadi (an hour's drive) to find everything of excellent quality, especially pecorino cheese and wine. The wines are special, such as Vermentino (white) and Cannonau (red), which reach levels of over 14 °. Near Tueredda (no more than 15 minutes by car), the most exclusive beach, in Capo Malfatano you can rent rafts to discover the most beautiful and sometimes isolated beaches, enjoying unforgettable views and bathing in crystal clear waters. There is also rubber dinghy hire in the nearest small port of Santa Margherita di Pula near Fort Village.
