Positive: The place is in the city center and the owner was responsive.

Negative: You cannot open the window as there is a restaurant's extraction fan just below and it smells terrible, so it feels like living in an enclosed room with no fresh air and daylight. The smells there were very unpleasant (strong odor of bleach when we arrive that caused headache and weird smells caused from the air condition). None of the kitchen items was clean, the whole place has a worn out and greasy feel. The place is very small and noisy.

Summary: Rather disappointing, would not recommend
