Positive: For the money we paid , this place was perfect! Don't expect a 5 stars+ hotel , but a good-sized apartment, perfect for a family with 2 kids, it was clean when we got there, smells clean as well, we even had a welcome gift(thank you for that) the owner was very nice to us although we never meet face to face but good communication and also helped us when we needed some information for the area, got my deposit back with no hustle, i highly recommend the place

Negative: Maybe a new washing machine will do but still working
