All on one level, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom which leads to a further single bedroom and private bathroom, double bedroom and second bathroom; complete the property: large open spaces furnished with table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, parking spaces, a well-kept landscaped garden and a tennis court shared only with the other villa present at the interior of the property. Present: TV, air conditioning in the rooms, wifi, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, barbecue and outdoor shower. Due to the two bathrooms, the villa is perfect for two couples as well as for groups of friends. If more numerous, it is available in the same property a second villa able to accommodate another 5 people, for a total of 12 beds. In the immediate vicinity there are the most beautiful beaches in the area: Porto Conte, with a sandy bottom; Mugoni, surrounded by a large pine forest; Tramariglio and Cala Dragunara (from which boats leave for the Caves of Neptune). A few minutes by car, Alghero with all its evening entertainment. Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and dishes to leave clean and tidy; otherwise a surcharge of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00; late check-out (after 10 am): charge of one more night's stay. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 0.50 per person per day, for people over the age of 12. Security deposit: € 200.00. The customer will take care of the separate collection of waste and its disposal by following the collection table; the accommodation for its return must be clear of all waste, failing which 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
