Negative: There was no one there when we arrived to let us into our room. No instructions given about how to access the key from the lockbox. It says reception was open until 10 pm butWe had to call the number given in reception 5 times before anyone answered and could give us the information we needed to get into the room. It was more than half an hour before we could get into our roomRoom was ok
