The reception office is open daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Arrivals after 8:00 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the facility, for issue of KEY BOX code for key collection. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and an additional fee of € 50.00 may be charged.
Upon your arrival, you will have to pay some mandatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
STAY TAX: compulsory for the municipality of Arzachena. The amount varies depending on the period.
Four-legged friends (max 25 kg) are allowed in our facility, but will not have access to the common areas. There is an extra charge of € 50.00 for their stay.
Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee will be charged.
