Positive: Very clean and spacious apartment. Has everything you need from fridge, dishwasher washing machine etc. Comfortable beds. Good transport links for buses and trams in and out of the city and to the airport. Very quiet area and easy to sleep and relax.

Negative: We were informed by booking.com of a city tax of around €60 (in writing) for our stay but this was apparently incorrect and the owner said it was €95. I think that sort of thing from a tourist point of view is quite bad to spring on higher charges during the stay. Whether it is correct or not, it should be in line with what Booking.com is telling people in their booking (in writing). Bigger groups and longer stays means this city tax is could be double what booking.com says. The toilet design is terrible, there is barely any room between toilet and shower. Very bad for tall people, it's strange because the rest of the apartment is spacious. Be aware the location is a little way out from the main city. Good transport links but it is far and reliant on transport to get around.
