The villa spans two levels connected by an internal staircase with 17 steps, covering a total area of approximately 200 sqm. GROUND FLOOR – Accessed from the outside via 9 steps; open-plan living and dining area with double sofa bed and kitchen; guest bathroom; access to the terrace on the same level. LOWER GROUND FLOOR – One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower; two double bedrooms, one with direct garden access via three steps; bathroom with shower; external hallway with access to the laundry area. Park:
The villa is surrounded by fully enclosed, flat grounds bordered by evergreen reeds and hedges. The garden includes olive trees and native plants that provide natural shade around the pool and outdoor living areas. The outdoor space is arranged for dining and relaxation, with direct access from the ground floor terrace. Access is via an electric gate, and there are two private parking spaces within the property.
