The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms (if necessary, even a fifth) and two bathrooms. The property includes a very wide veranda, with breathtaking views of the sea, furnished with tables and chairs and seating masonry complete with pillows, barbecue, garden, garage for two cars and two covered parking spaces. Present: TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioners, vacuum cleaner, fireplace, barbecue, outdoor shower, water reserve. Ideal for lovers of spectacular sea views, as well as for those who like the convenience to be able to go out to sea just from home as well as for being out in the evening on the waterfront. If you need two additional beds, adjoining the house there is a lovely tavern in Sardinian style with third bathroom.
