This approx. 25 year old villa, regularly maintained and secured due to its location at the sea’s edge, is located at the top of a cliff approx. 20 m above the sea! The grounds consisting of Mediterranean maquis and shrubs with drive and parking spaces have incredible views of the sea, the coast, Bosa harbour and distant coastal mountains. A path / stairway leads directly to the sea, and when there’s a tranquil sea you reach the water via a few flat stones. Some of the terraces around the house and paths are hewn from the rock itself. Behind the house there’s a barbecue hut for summer celebrations. The main apartment with access from the mountainside is surrounded on two sides by large terraces, on the seaside by a panorama veranda with barbecue, living-dining room with open fireplace, rattan furniture, new kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The lovely sandy beaches of Turas and Porto Alabe are each only approx. 1 km away (2 minutes by car).
