Etesia is set over two floors and has a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, covered outdoor veranda, small garden and reserved parking space, for a total of 6 sleeps. Amenities available includes free parking spaces in front of the house, air conditioning. Lu Impostu beach can be reached by car and is only 5 minutes away. Villetta Etesia is located next to its twin, Villetta Zefiro, where a further 6 sleeps are available. Seasonal Wi-Fi 1st May - 31st October.

For tranquility and nature lovers, wishing to be surrounded by panoramic views leaving you breathless! Etesia has comfy spaces for 6 guests: ground floor we find the living room with a relaxation area, double sofa bed and dining table; behind it a small kitchenette with gas burners, fridge / freezer, oven; bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sleeping area on the upper floor consists of two bedrooms: master bedroom with balcony and panoramic view, master bedroom. A spacious bathroom with shower is serving the sleeping area. To know: road to reach the property is partially unpaved.

Within a radius of 2 kilometers there are all the services necessary to satisfy daily needs such as bars, gastronomy, restaurants. In the surrounding beaches there are leisure services such as boat and dinghy rental, bicycle rental, sun loungers and umbrellas. The property is located in the pretty neighborhood of Lu Fraili - Case Peschiera. The neighborhood is residential and extremely quiet, the street is home to independent villas.
