Villa Fiorella is located in the south-eastern part of Sardinia: crystal-clear sea, white beaches, delightful coves, long stretches of sand, lagoons and green hills, the perfect place for a holiday.
It is located on the beach about 6 km from the town of Villasimius. It has a private descent to the sea and a pebble and rocky beach that guarantees complete privacy. A sandy beach can also be reached on foot in only 100 metres. The access road to the villa is shared with the Falkensteiner Resort, but the villa is completely autonomous and is located by continuing the road to the end of the Cape, in a splendid position overlooking the sea. Its particular architectural structure is reminiscent of the ancient Sardinian constructions called Nuraghi. The villa has a dishwasher and washing machine, WIFI internet connection, TV SAT and a path leading down to the sea.
The veranda, which is also equipped for outdoor dining, offers a spectacular view of the sea and the coast.
It consists of three bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds; living room with fireplace and American kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine; a bathroom with two showers and a second bathroom with shower.
In the internal courtyard and therefore isolated from the rest of the structure is a further room with bathroom that can be assigned to service personnel.
The garden on the roof of the villa, from which one can dominate the surrounding coastline, is splendid and very special.

The villa consists of three bedrooms: two of which are double bedrooms while the third is a twin bedroom; living-room with fireplace and American-style kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine; bathroom with 2 showers and a second bathroom with shower. In the internal courtyard and, therefore, isolated from the rest of the structure, there is another bedroom with bathroom that can be assigned to domestic staff.
The veranda, with a magnificent view of the sea, has a table and small wicker lounge. The splendid and very distinctive garden on the roof of the villa overlooks the surrounding coast.
The sea and small private beach below are accessed via a small reserved staircase guaranteeing complete privacy.
