Hi, I'm Emanuele and this is the apartment I lived in from 2008 to 2020.
I like it very much: it's quiet, cozy, well exposed.
The furniture, however, has remained the same of when I lived in it and therefore, apart from a few small adjustments, it certainly shows all the flaws of its age.
Gradually, over time, I have the idea of replacing it.
The apartment is in the Corvetto/Porto di Mare area.
It is positioned almost where the city ends (the southern agricultural park of Milan begins shortly after) but it is quite well connected: underground line 3 at about 10 minutes on foot and buses right in front of the house that can bring you closer to the metro stations.
Metro line 3 takes you to Piazza del Duomo, Central Station and Rogoredo Station.
The Milano Rogoredo railway station is quite close and can be reached in 20 minutes on foot.
In the apartment there is no gas supply, only electricity. So you'll have electric water heater for hot water, induction hob. There is also a washing machine/washer dryer and a dishwasher.
There is wifi internet but the connection is not on optic fiber, so not particularly fast.
And finally in the apartment there are no air conditioning, no bidet and no television.
