Summary: We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.
There was no parking provided but the host was able to guide us at the time of the booking that there is a secure parking garage only minutes away from the apartment, which we booked independently (for 40 Euros a day). We parked our car there for the entire stay and explored Florence by foot/public transport for the two days were there.
There was no iron in the room but the host was able to provide one upon request.
The host was available to answer any queries at all times and was very welcoming and helpful.
We would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay.

Summary: We loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family of four. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly (we were in Florence with temperatures in upper 90s in fahrenheit). The location was convenient to various sites, restaurants, etc. In addition, there were thoughtful welcome boxes, and we loved how the place was decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: There are 60 steps to get to the floor that these hotel rooms are on. Do not stay here if you have any limitations at all for physical activity. There is an additional flight of stairs to get to the bedroom and bathroom with two additional steps to the bathroom. It was hard to navigate at night. Ok if 20-45 yrs old and fit. No better options. Ruined my vacation!

Summary: I would never stay anywhere else in Florence. The property is impeccable. Everything from the linens, the welcome treats, and the space in general exceeded our expectations.
