From our chalet located at the top of the Drap hill, in the pretty Paillon Valley, just 14km from Nice, you will have a breathtaking view of the Paillon valley, the Mediterranean, the Baie des Anges and the Estérel mountains. on a clear day.
On the site of an old shed built 50 years ago, we have just fitted out a charming, air-conditioned two-room chalet with all modern comforts: an independent bedroom with a large 160 x 180 cm bed (mattress and new and motorized box spring), a modern bathroom (shower cubicle, heated towel rail, etc.) and a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen bathed in light and equipped with a comfortable sofa, a table with stools and d '' a 140 cm television.
Outside, you will have a relaxation area under a magnificent century-old olive tree with table, chairs and even a plancha. All, away and calm. On request and at no extra cost, you can also access our 4m x 6m swimming pool located just on the lower plank and relax while watching our pretty fish pond.
